A translated site is a queue, not a finished export
The first translation is rarely the difficult part. The difficult part is knowing what happened after someone changed a headline, added a pricing block, or published a new page. A spreadsheet can hold words, but it cannot show which live page they came from or whether someone has already reviewed the latest version.
LangRelay keeps that work in a page-and-language workspace. Run a crawl when the source site changes, then narrow the queue to untranslated text, lower-confidence output, or the language a reviewer owns. Search and sorting help an operator reach the exception instead of reading every row again.
Make the smallest change that solves the problem
Open a translation to see its source, current wording, status, and how it was created. Edit one segment, ask for a new translation, approve a reviewed result, or select several rows for the same action. Exact source matches can reuse an existing translation, while glossary and brand-voice controls give new output the right context.
That makes the workspace useful after launch. It gives the agency operator a concrete place to answer three recurring questions: what needs attention, who should review it, and what changed before it went live?
